This website presents Elya Tiling Group's services and project portfolio and provides a project enquiry form. It does not provide customer accounts or accept online payments.
Information you choose to provide
If you contact Elya Tiling Group, you may choose to provide contact details and information about your project. That information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare or deliver the requested work, maintain business records and meet legal obligations.
Website enquiry delivery
The project enquiry form sends your details through Elya Tiling Group's website and uses FormSubmit to deliver them to info@elyatiling.com.au. FormSubmit processes the submission for delivery, spam prevention and service reliability. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or other highly sensitive information in the project description.
Website measurement
This website uses one shared Google tag for Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement. It can record page visits, traffic source, general location, device and browser information, engagement, contact-link clicks and whether a project enquiry was successfully delivered. Automatic detection of customer details is disabled. Only after a real enquiry is successfully delivered, the website can provide Google Ads with one-way SHA-256 hashes of the normalised email address and phone number to improve conversion matching. The raw name, email address, mobile number, suburb and project description are not sent in the Google measurement event, and advertising-personalisation signals are disabled. Google may process the hashes, online identifiers and basic browser, device and interaction information under its own privacy terms.
Google measurement is checking… in this browser. Turning it off prevents this site from loading its Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement tag on later page loads. It does not affect contact delivery or essential hosting and security processing.
Enquiry source information
When a link includes campaign information or Google advertising identifiers (GCLID, GBRAID or WBRAID), this website can retain those values in first-party browser storage for up to 30 days. This allows the source to remain available if you close the tab and return later in the same browser. If you send a form enquiry, its source information, capture time and an opaque enquiry reference are included in the email delivered through FormSubmit. The website also keeps a limited first-party lead record so the same enquiry is not reported twice and genuine lead outcomes can later be matched to advertising. That record contains the enquiry reference, source identifiers, service and timing information, and one-way hashes of the normalised email address and phone number; it does not contain the name, raw contact details or project description entered in the form.
Call measurement
When Google Ads call measurement is active, Google may temporarily replace Elya Tiling Group's displayed business number with a Google forwarding number for eligible advertising visitors. Calls still connect to Elya Tiling Group. Google can record details such as whether the call connected, its start time and duration so qualifying calls can be reported as advertising conversions. Clicking a call or text link by itself is treated only as contact intent unless a completed call or received enquiry is confirmed.
Text-message measurement
Choosing “Send a text” can create a separate anonymous SMS journey and add an opaque reference beginning “EL-SMS-” to the draft message. The website stores that reference with campaign identifiers, page and timing information and, when available, pseudonymous Google Analytics client and session identifiers. It does not store or receive the message body, sender's phone number, name, suburb or project description. Opening Messages or tapping the text button remains intent only. If the reference arrives in a message, an authorised automation on Elya's receiving iPhone can send only that reference back to the website so receipt is recorded without transmitting the customer's message or phone number. A received or later qualified outcome may be supplied to Google Analytics and Google Ads for conversion measurement only when supported source identifiers exist; unmatched organic or Business Profile messages are not forced into advertising reports. Pending references expire after 30 days, while confirmed workflow records may be retained for up to 90 days for deduplication, reporting and audit.
Basic technical information
Like most hosted websites, the hosting and security infrastructure may process basic technical information such as request time, browser type, device information and IP address to deliver the site, maintain reliability and protect it from abuse.
Project photography
Portfolio media is supplied or approved for Elya's website use. The flagship Hawthorn collection has been prepared to remove precise address information, embedded location metadata, identifying façade views and visible workers.
